Our main aim is to improve the stock and genetics of localised bees in the North West. Whilst honey production is an important benefit of beekeeping, we make sure the bees have first priority on the honey they produce. If a surplus is available, we will sell in individual jars or to local shops.
We normally remove surplus honey towards the end of July each year. Unless the weather has created an extra abundance of honey, we think we have ALL STOCKS PRE-SOLD OR ALLOCATED
Our honey is Cheshire based. We cannot guarantee the honey is organic as we have limited influence over where our bees forage for nectar. Our honey is filtered and raw. It may contain very small flecks of pollen which is said to help people who suffer with hay fever.
